FILING OF COMPLAINTS

   How to file your complaint
    All complaints must be made in writing and must be signed by the complainant or by a representative should the complainant not be able to do so. Describe the nature of the problem and include any concerns raised or answers received. Enclose a photocopy of any evidence you may have.
   You may bring your complaint in person or send it by mail to the main office of the Institution:

    You may also file your complaint at any of the offices in the interior of the country.
   Once your complaint is received, a letter will be sent to you with the number of your complaint and the area in charge of its investigation.
   You may also raise your complaint by fax: (+54)-(11)-4819-1581; or by e-mail to mondino@defensor.gov.ar.
    In these cases, after the matter has been evaluated, you will be asked to ratify the complaint in writing including your signature in order to satisfy the requirements of section 19 of Act 24.284.
